1. Provider and scope

plutxoria.com is operated by plutxoria.com, a Private Entrepreneur (PE), EDRPOU 52733562, Suite 305, 12 Khreshchatyk St, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. Managing Director: Laura Costa. We accept booking requests. A request is not a contract; it becomes one when we confirm it in writing.

2. Booking requests

Complete the form and press "Send booking request". Submission redirects you to a thank-you page.

By submitting you consent to personal data processing under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010 'On Personal Data Protection'.

3. Prices, cancellation and no-show

Prices are shown on the site and may change; changes do not affect confirmed bookings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the agreed time at no charge; later cancellation or no-show may be charged up to 50% of the price. Information is provided under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 'On Consumer Protection'.

4. Acceptable use and advertising

Do not submit false data or misuse the site. Advertising and service information is accurate and not misleading (Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР of 3 July 1996 'On Advertising').

5. Complaints, language and changes

Send complaints to contact@plutxoria.com; we reply within 30 days. Out-of-court dispute resolution is available (Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX). Service and advertising information is provided in Ukrainian (Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII of 25 April 2019 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language'). We may update these Terms; Ukrainian law governs.
