Chairs are held only after we confirm by phone. One working day is the usual reply time.
Three things happen in a fixed order once your booking request reaches the studio.
Requests are answered Monday to Saturday between 9:00 and 20:00. A message written after 20:00 gets its answer the following morning, with two or three free slots proposed for you to pick from.
Guard grades, lengths and finishes are recorded in front of you during the session, not at the counter afterwards. The next appointment starts from those same numbers, so the result stays repeatable between visits.
Move or cancel a slot at least 12 hours ahead and nothing is charged. A slot missed without notice is billed at half the session price, because the chair was held for you and the hour went unused.
